Hi,
A big thing is going to be the informed assent for the children if no parents can be found whcih is too often the case. Collaberation with supervisors and /or director will be huge in such grey cases and should definitely be noted, I agree.
Did we get an extension?
I will post my rough draft as soon as humanly possible.
